Exciting new appointments

We are delighted to announce a significant change to our management structure in Supported Living Services as we make the appointment of three Service Manager roles.

The role of Service Manager reinforces our commitment to ensure the quality of care we deliver is at the forefront of our actions and also supports our investment to prepare for our future growth plans. 


Donna, Jenna and Chris bring great experience in our Supported Living services and many of you will already be familiar with them, although their responsibilities and accountabilities have been extended to reflect our aim to become an OUTSTANDING provider of care and to position ourselves as an employer of choice.

The Service Manager role will include responsibility for delivery of consistent care standards, development of new services, effective budget management, reinforcing our Values across our all people management processes and most importantly ensuring every person we support is at the heart of our approach to care delivery.
