Let's share kindness!

Mental Health Awareness Week is happening between 18-24th May – and we want everyone to join us in sharing a little kindness!

We’ve come up with 3 activities that everyone can get involved with and we’d love you to send us a photo of your crafty creations so we can share them on social media and in our newsletter, to see how far the kindness can stretch!

Can you?

  • Find a pebble or rock in your garden and decorate it with words that are kind. You could use paint or chalk.
  • Show kindness by writing a poem for a friend. It can be as long or short as you want, make it colourful with a pretty border and don’t forget to say who it’s for!
  • Write a simple message or a single word! Tell us what kindness means to you and make it as colourful as you can.

Having to isolate can have a massive effect on our mental health, so let’s spread our ‘kindness’ works of art to bring a smile to our friends and families!
